When will you be at my home for a service call?
We schedule appointments with a two-hour window, but we have a great reputation for being there right on time. In most situations, we can be there during the same day of your call.
How do I set up a service appointment?
How can I tell if my appliance is worth repairing?
Our technicians will determine if your appliance is worth fixing or not. In most cases, repairing your appliance is more cost effective. At the same time, we will give you an honest evaluation.

What hours are we open?
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Monday - Sunday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for scheduling
Do you carry parts in your service trucks?
We carry most commonly used parts in our trucks. However, if we are required to return to the store for parts, you will not be charged with extra fees.
Is our work warrantied / guaranteed?
1-year warranty on most parts
90-day labor warranty on all repairs
No service charge for any repair work
